We are at our wits end. We keep having accidents even right after we take him out. it is so strange. We didnt have any accidents for a week before we started that. We cannot differentiate his I have to go out noises with his let me free noises. He shouldn't have to go, since we took him out 5 minutes previous. The other thing we are having trouble with is the phooey for biting, not sure if we are actually doing it strong enough for him to get the picture. He always seems to go for our hands more after we phooey him as well. Any help would be great :)
